Skip Blackburn

Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer

Skip Blackburn serves as a Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of BIT Solutions, LLC. Since the company’s reinvention in 2012, he has led BIT Solutions through the startup phase, the design & development process, and the sales & marketing efforts. The company has grown consistently since 2011.

Skip was a partner in a software firm in the late 1970’s for 20 years prior to selling the company, which designed and developed Enterprise Software to manage every aspect of the Non-Profit Association market. He then gained significant Executive & Capture experience from companies including Sarcom, Accenture, IBM & SAIC where he led companies, divisions and teams on large, complex captures for 25 years. With this knowledge, he designed the capture management software, CaptureExec™, and reformed BIT Solutions, LLC into the powerhouse it is today.

Skip was a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Chesapeake Regional Technology Council (CRTC),for the first 10 years of their origin as the Anne Arundel Tech Council. Skip has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Mathematics from Towson University, and attended the MBA program at Loyola College of Baltimore.


Drew Blackburn

Founding Partner and Chief Technology Officer

Drew Blackburn serves as a Founding Partner and Chief Technology Officer of BIT Solutions, LLC. Since the company’s reinvention in 2012, he has led the BIT Solutions development team for every aspect of the capture management software and database integration process.

Drew has been developing and managing web-based systems for the past 10 years and has been instrumental in implementing, maintaining and upgrading the CaptureExec software system. Drew has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Valedictorian), from Georgia Tech and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech.


Alex Paris

Sales Executive

Alex is a consummate sales person and has always been a top performer at companies such as PayPal, Pitney Bowes, and Apple. He understands how to be a hunter and to close deals. Alex brings that skillset to BIT Solutions to perform his sales function and brings enthusiasm and drive to selling our CaptureExec™ software.

In addition to his over 13 years of experience in selling, and doing business development, Alex is recognized as the trusted advisor to his customers and he works with his prospects to identify their weaknesses to showcase the strengths of the solutions that he sells. Members of his family & friends circle are well connected in the GovCon space.

Alex is a graduate of the Charter Oak State College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.


Natalie Hensel

Customer Support Manager

Natalie manages our Customer Support process, which includes managing our Support Specialists, scheduling and delivery of all Implementation and Training for our new customers and documenting all of our software, Natalie is also responsible for the entire customer Renewal process. We are very well known in the industry for our superior Customer support and Natalie has created an even better experience with her Customer Support Team.

Natalie has a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Liberty University.


Brenda Gonzalez Barboza

Customer Support Specialist

Brenda is our lead Customer Support Specialist, which includes full customer support, vignette management and training, plus upgrade documentation. Brenda also manages our customer outreach program with Quarterly calls to manage all customer needs.  She continues to grow her expertise by learning how to network and market CaptureExec™ software at different Association events. 

Brenda has a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from Liberty University.


Jenn Pham

UX/UI Specialist

Jenn is our UX/UI Specialist Intern with a passion for creating impactful digital experiences. She is equipped with proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Animate, and Lightroom, with a focus on user-centric design. Her goal will be to enhance usability and optimize our CaptureExec interface functionality to strengthen our user experience.

Jenn is majoring in Information Technology with a concentrating in Web Development from George Mason University.


Lord Nyame

Customer Support Intern

Lord Nyame serves as a Customer Support Intern with a keen interest in research and enhancing customer interactions. Skilled in both quantitative and qualitative analysis, he is dedicated to developing innovative strategies to seamlessly integrate artificial intelligence into our CaptureExec system, aiming to enhance its user-friendliness and functionality.

Currently pursuing a major in Information Systems and Science at Bowie State University,
Lord leverages his academic knowledge to provide valuable insights and solutions in the realm of customer support. His focus on utilizing AI underscores his commitment to leveraging technology to improve user experiences.
